KiwiSpan are believed to have started the building of high tensile pre-engineered building in New Zealand. Thirty metre spans will use a galvanised high tensile steel building which is more cost effective than others which can be built with heavy steel sections. In many instances no engineer fees need to be paid for their standard range of buildings. Good design flexibility comes with ease of changing doors and windows location and the cladding of your choice.

KiwiSpan make sure their buildings are able to withstand the severe New Zealand weather conditions and are Building Act approved. All their engineering work is independently reviewed by peers to make sure the structural integrity and steel materials are coated with special substances or galvanised for wear and tear requirements.
