Free on site consultations and advice are offered to assist in the planning stage which can help with choosing the best design and location of your building. Communication with your local council can be done to help with permissions and any consents that may be needed. With regards to site preparation, clearing and excavation can be done for the new building, as an added bonus they can also demolish your old garage and remove it.
